A classic for a reason. Grown high in the Ethiopian highlands and washed for clarity, this is a bright, floral cup with notes of jasmine and citrus and a clean, tea-like finish. Light enough to taste the origin, balanced enough for every day.
Pour-over: 1:16 ratio, water at 94°C, 2:30–3:00 total. Medium grind. Aeropress: 15g coffee, 220g water, 1:30 steep, gentle press. Tip: Lighter roasts shine just off boiling. Don't scald them.
